Apartment Review for Wynwood Apartments - Richmond, VA

When I first moved here it was ok. Then as time went on it became a mess. From the sweet white lady getting murdered in her apartment (1217B Nelson St), to the gangsters walking around with their pants hanging to the ground, to the crackheads, people breaking into apartments in broad daylight with no apparent witnesses, and neighbors with 10 kids in 1 apartment. Its gotten out of hand, COMPLETELY!!! I wouldnt give anyone one of these apartments for free. Its terrible. Maintainence has to be called 3-4 times before anything is fixed. Also, please park your cars outside the complex. You dont want to wake up to a smashed car. Wynwood WILL NOT PAY 4 ANYTHING. Dont be fooled, the cameras dont work.
