Apartment Review for Woodbriar Apartments - Richmond, VA

I needed somewhere to stay in a hurry so I did not have nuch time to research but the place is noisy. People driving through with the car stereos turned all the way up. The tenants are not respectful of telling their visitors to park in the visitor lot instead of in other residents spaces. It takes maintenance forever to repair things. You have to worry about the kids from other complexes coming over to swim in the pool. They have a security officer who patrols but because the complex is so big they need more than one. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on next door to you. There has been a shooting and break in and some other crimes that have occured here since I moved here in August of 2006. I am couting down the days until my lease is up and I can move (only 17 more days to go). The place is really in need of some renovation and rebuilding.
