Apartment Review for Willow Oaks Apartments - Richmond, VA

I looked at these a while ago and I m glad that I did not move there. The exterior of the community is nice, but not really located in an area that I would like to live. The apartments are older, but spacious. They have a lot of vacancies, which is probably because they are very strict with credit. The leasing agent is not very friendly, and for some reason does not like showing apartments, which I thought was part of the job decription of a leasing agent. From what I have seen, I do believe that they stereotype certain people, so they should be a careful before they end up in court.
