Apartment Review for Williamsburg Park Apartments - Richmond, VA

2 bedroom townhouses are cool, but the fact being when you move into these houses on a sharing basis with someone who is already renting in these aprtments. Please be careful. I know someone here who creates worst nightmare for tenants.. So please be careful. My friend had a very bad experience. dont pay cash to roomie and if possible get a place in lease else you wont be left for any option to fight for your right.. Apartment security and service people are nice.. office people have their own limitations so they wont handle any domestic issues.. So guys please inquire someone if expecially you are renting a room from a tenant
