Apartment Review for Treehouse Apartments - Richmond, VA

I have lived here for two years now and this place is horrible. Maintenance is terribel, you would have to call and threaten to report them in order for something to get fixed. I had a ceiling leak and it damaged my entire bed room. the only thing they did was seal up the cracks and paint over it. You can still see the patch where they sealed the leak. I had a roach problem and it took them 2wks to come out and spray. I hate roaches and they did not look into who was causing the roach problem they just left it alone. There is no parking spaces what so ever. I pay rent every month and cant get a parking space in front of my apartment. I have to walk from another parking lot area to get to my house. The workers in the rental office are very rude, I will go pay my rent or ask a question and they will look at you and continue to do what they initally where doing. Where is the customer service. If you are college student and love to party then this the place to live. the rent is cheap, lot of noise and no good security. there is always a fire in someones apartment, the maintenance staff come check your smoke detector once every six mnths. this is the worse place to live. i wanted to move the first year of my lease was up but due to some health issues i was not able to move. But as soon as my lease this year is up i am moving.
