Apartment Review for Townhouse Park Apartments - Richmond, VA

I second what a previous poster said about the deplorable parking situation. Apparently this is a money making scheme that the management and Marshall Brothers towing have cooked up. At $160 a pop, they are raking in the money! You can talk to any of the residents and they have a tale of woe about a friend (soon to be exfriend - a towed car can put a strain on one's relationship) who had their car towed after a short visit or they came after hours when it was not possible to obtain a parking pass. These people apparently think you must plan all your visits from friends in advance in order to obtain a visitor's pass while the rental office is open. God forbid if somebody should just drop by - if there is no space available at the designated visitor spots just be prepared to shell out $120 - $160!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
