Apartment Review for Townhouse Park Apartments - Richmond, VA

My apartment was pretty nice. The bedrooms were spacious, the bathroom adequate and the kitchen and living rooms good too. There was a large amount of storage space, and the parking in the complex is ample. The grounds are also nicely kept with seasonal flowers and nice tall trees. That said, they management of the complex is utter crap. They let people into my apartment after I had told them not to, and then denied that I called them because I could not remember the name of the woman that I spoke with. I told them what time I called and what I told the woman, but they seemed not to know who was working at that time. They were not helpful at all, and because they let people into my apartment, some personal items of mine were damaged. They are also bad at scheduling maintenance and informing their residents of when said maintenance will be performed. They say one thing, and then do another. I would never recommend this complex to anyone and I would never live there again.
