Apartment Review for Timbers Apartments - Richmond, VA

This place charges for eveything. The trash compactor was full all last weekend and in the 90's everytime we came out of our door the smell would knock you down. But we are charge for trash. Parking is alful you better come home early or you will not park near your appartment. The property manager looks like she is a teenager and that is how she conducts herself among the workers. My advice is keep looking.
