Apartment Review for Timbercreek Apartments - Va - Richmond, VA

I have been here for few yrs and at first it was nice, the staff was friendly the resident manager was name Erica and she had this place looking nice and kid friendly and now we have Brown and Bancock as the owners, Lourdes as residence manager and this place looks like the projects, I don't think they screen the residents, the maintenance is terrible, the parking is terrible all in all just poor management. The laudry needs more WORKABLE washers and dryers, they need more things for the children to do and to top it off they go up on the rent every year I am so glad this is my last yr here Not a great place to live
