Apartment Review for Three Willows Apartments - Richmond, VA

I have been living here for 2 years and the only reason I am leaving is because I have made the decision to purchase a home. Throughout my time here Beth(office manager) has made me feel like family. The office staff and maintenance know me by name and that is not common in a complex of this size. My unit is in good shape and any maintenance issues are addressed within a day if not hours of reporting. About a year ago we had a renovation of our kitchen/bathroom cabinets and sinks which was a great upgrade! The apartments also have little backyard/patio areas perfect for small time gardeners. We are nestled into a great little neighborhood right off of Broad St. Even though we are so close we don't see much traffic and I have never had a problem with noise. This is a great place to live especially for those who want a real home but are not quite ready to buy.
