Apartment Review for Three Willows Apartments - Richmond, VA

We have been living at Three Willows for several years. We originally picked TW because of it's great location, close to everything but quiet and secluded with pricing that fit our budget, with only the electric bill to pay, they pick up the rest. We had previously lived in places that were loft sytle with neighbors above and below and wanted a townhouse instead and TW was our first choice. A couple years ago they brought in a new manager who has really done great things to make it an even better place. The things we would have liked to see changed then, have now all been changed and improved. Of course we had lots of other choices but Three Willows has turned out to be perfect for us.
