Apartment Review for Three Chopt West Apartments - Richmond, VA

If you want all of your personal business for all of the complex to hear, then this is the place for you!! The office staff are rude and condecending. Anita and Melba are more into gossiping then taking care of business. They have made comments to me personally about another resident while I was bringing rent about how they will be getting evicted because they haven't paid on time in months. It was a very uncomfortable feeling to know that they actually would say that about another tenant. Maint sucks here I had a stopped up second tub for months in which we requested maintenance to come fix. I was told since I had one working tub, they would take care of it when they had a chance. Finally last week (2 full months later) maint came to pour drano in it. ( I have done it several times) If you want people that will lie to get into your apt here is your place to live. Anitas "boyfriend" (by his words not mine) is a maint man here. They falsified an emergency work order (which they could not produce) to gain entry to my apt. Never fixed the emergency... Never even came back. The apts are in very shabby condition. paint chipping off, kitchen cabinets are very loose. Toilets will run constantly. when you request them to be fixed, it is an issue. If you complain, don't plan on having your lease renewed they don't want anyone here that makes them work.
