The only thing good is the rent price. I guess you get what you pay for. The maintenance staff is awful. They never come when you call. This has happened to me on several occasions. DON'T RENT WITH WILTON!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I wish I had. They can't even open the pool for the summer where I live.  Need to rent an apartment?
