Apartment Review for The Reflections Of West Creek - Richmond, VA

I moved into this complex a couple of years ago and it has been a disaster ever since. This place is loud with paper thin walls, it's very poorly maintained via the management not the groundskeepers. When I moved in the apartmment had already been lived in for a year earlier, the carpet was already worn after one year! The tile in the kitchen and bath already had scratches and tears in it, when asked to fix it the office said " They would only fix it after I renewed my lease" Really!??! The office is poorly run by uneducated and untrained employees who would never return or accept calls from the residents. I actually had a small black SNAKE creep into my apartment after a rain one night yes a snake and when I called the office to tell them to fix the weather stripping under the door to prevent this they refused!! When I moved out they tried to charge me an inflated $900 for damages to the place that place was spotless minus the oven not being cleaned. This place is a disaster DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. There is no parking for those of us who work nights because they do NOT assign parking for residents or tow for non residents. Basically this is designed for low income housing without the low income $$$ rent. The rent had gone up to over $100 within just one year of living there and needless to say we got out of that toilet as fast as we could. By the way DO NOT EVER swim in that pool as we found they are not big believers in sanitary conditions at Reflections of Westcreek.
