Apartment Review for The Lofts At Canal Walk - Richmond, VA

I have been living at the Upper Canal Lofts since September and do not have much good to say about it. On Feb. 14th, Sat, flowers were delivered to me, which were from my husband who is in Iraq. Management signed for the flowers and did not inform me that they were there. The heartless management let my two dozen roses sit there with no water over the entire weekend! If my husband had not told me he had sent them I don't think I would of ever received them. Besides this incident the elevator is constantly breaking, the walls are as thin as paper, and the apartments themselves are of poor quality. This is not a place you will call HOME.
