Apartment Review for The Lofts At Canal Walk - Richmond, VA

The new management may seem nice, but in actuality they are too busy putting flowers by the pool to try and pull business, and writing positive reviews all over every website. Do not tell me, there is someone who has gone around to all websites and written about how wonderful management is, in over 20 reviews and they just moved in. Yes, management seems more nice, however the property management is the rudest and iggnorant group I have ever met. Seemed very caring when they first started but I think catching up on all the downfalls of the lofts is starting to wear on them. . . they lose their temper, treat those moving out horrible and those coming in sweet as pie. Don't bother stopping by the office, they are NEVER there. Don't bother leaving messages for them to return your call, they won't. I have lived there a year, (GETTING OUT NEXT MONTH) and construction starts every morning at 8:00 a.m. They may seem nice when you first move in, but TRUST THE TENANTS WHO HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE. Management has changed 5 times in my one year there. THEY ALL ARE AWFUL. HOWEVER, this new manager is absolutely the worst. Save your money and go somewhere you will get what you pay for and polite/considerate staff.
