Apartment Review for The Gateway Apartments - Richmond, VA

Maintenance is the worse! They only do the bare minimum to resolve an issue. I have had to report the company to the better business bureau in the past in regards to maintenance. There is trash on the grounds. All the windows are single panel, therefore the insulation is not good at all. Heating bill is double the amount of my summer electric bill. Too much traffic and loud music.
