Horrible maintenance provided. You will be lucky if someone comes to look at your emergency issues on the same day. During winter there is some fungus that develops on the windows and they will expect you to clean it. We just moved in Nov,09 and they found some bed bugs in the house in Jan,10. They asked us to pay $750 for the heating treatment and $100 for some thing else. They don't even give you the choice to hire your own contractor. The office staff seems to be highly rude or non-committal with maintenance issues. Thanks
