Apartment Review for The Chesterfield - Richmond, VA

This place is a major rip-off!!!! I was paying the price of the most expensive one bedroom apartment while really living in a studio/efficiency. I never saw maintence, the manager is stealing money when he's not 'losing' other peoples rent, and he turns off the heat sometimes. This may be a great location, but its not worth it! He even threatened to raise my rent for challenging him on my apartment. This guy is crooked. Please, save yourself the misery.
