Apartment Review for Trolley Square Apartments - Richmond, VA

I have never lived in such a nasty place! Had to stay the one year lease but it was BAD!! All Foreigners that do not speak english!!! The patios are all pealing paint--the walls are painted in what looks like white wash for fences! The kitchen cupboards are falling apart. The vent fans don't work so maintennce just unplugs them--quick fix ! No screens on the windows--just like Sadam lives. Heat and AC off alot and the water bills--no meters but you pay for Sadam's entire family to shower--and no one knows they live there nor do they care. The entire building stinks literally! HUGE cracks from the minor earthquake and bugs craw in through the cracks. Don't even dream of getting your deposit back--mine was professionally cleaned and they said it was perfect--about 50 things to check off a sheet and I got an A+ on them all--and no deposit back!!They keep raising the rent and you will get ripped off. Try anywhere else except for THE HIGH LIFE--nothing here high but the building whick is crumbling to pieces!!!
