Apartment Review for Trolley Square Apartments - Richmond, VA

I lived here several years and each year got worse. The management is rude, dumb abd dumber. They do not know who lives where in the complex nor do they care. The so called security people are always NOT at their post. The stairs are filled with garbage, Street People hide under the building, appliances are horrible , maintenance's answer to problems is to unplug it and don't dare use it--well you are paying rent on it!, very loud music and they tell you to call the police--not security, hallways STINK like Foreign food, to many out of the country people renting one room them the entire population move in and sleep on the floor--very weird and not safe, Management is so hateful if you complain--so living in Monrow Park would be a plus!--LOOK somewhere else!!
