The location is good for students who go to VCU and do not have a car. If u have a car, DONT RENT THERE, cuz they are expensive (compare to other apartments around) and not worth the money. Elevators always not working, the so-called swimming pool is just 6 times bigger than ur home regular bath tub. Leasing office is not friendly. They lost my package for 5 times, which they sais they will not take any responsibility for that. Last advice...DO NOT RENT TROLLEY SQUARE!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
