Apartment Review for Stony Point Apartments - Richmond, VA

I lived in Stony Point Apartments for a couple of years... unfortunately. The office staff is absolutely horrible! Thay are lazy, rude, unreliable and could care less whether their residents are happy. The apartments are old and not well maintained at all. The appliances are ancient and crappy and if something breaks, the maintenance staff just tinkers with the appliance rather than fixing it. Something either breaks or stops working once a month. It's ridiculous. I am so glad to be out of that complex. It's not worth the expensive monthly rent and I would not recommend it to anyone.
