Apartment Review for Stony Point Apartments - Richmond, VA

The apartment itself is nice and the location is good. I have never met a more indifferent group of people than those who run the rental office. They are slow to respond and often rude. The maintanence staff is friendly and quick to respond, although it has been my experience that they need to fix everything twice before it is truly fixed. For the price I would expect better service. I would suggest that for $900 a month to find a community that is more accomodating, honest and friendly.
