Apartment Review for Staples Mill Townhomes - Richmond, VA

Over all it isn't that bad of a community to live in. It's a god first apartment or roommate. Not great for families b/c you would be up under each other. Maintenance does take a while to respond to calls unless absolute emergency. Noise isn't an issue, the office staff is friendly and mostly local and neighborhood is relatively safe. Parking is fist come first serve and limited guest parking. Basic Cable is included in the rent. Bugs are an issue if the apartment next to you is vacant. When we had neighbors there weren't any bugs but they do not clean apartments until a tenant is about to move in. They do have Orkin on site three times a week. We haven't had an issue since they sprayed. Again, overall a decent experience.
