Apartment Review for Staples Mill Townhomes - Richmond, VA

Lets start with safety. The is no and i mean 0% of safety here at Townhouse... There was actually a bulgary 2 days ago. This comes to show this place is terrible. Parking is just wow. If you have company cars like me and family cars just be sure you have your own garage somewhere because you will never find a parking space. And if you park at a wrong space, say goodbye to about 100$ to get it back. There is DOG CRAP all over my yard its just sad. My neighbors don t give a darn about dog crap. They take their dogs out and let them poop on others yards and walk away and do the same thing the next day. Let me not forget the roaches and bugs out of the kitchen and bugs. Its sad to have roaches all over my kitchen when I wake up in the morning. Office staff, dont even get started with me. Each complaint I have made against something or a problem with my house it take about 10x+ calls to get a hold of them. If you go to them their always closed. The next day closed. The next day closed. Its impossible for you to find them in there unless you camp out their front door. Maintenance is horrible. One day in the summer I think last year of 07 I called them and said my AC unit wasnt working. They said im sure its not THAT BAD. And they hung up on us. I called them again for them to come check it out... They did and guess what? They said they will come the next day to fix it when I have kids who was SO HOT in their rooms.. Each time they fix something it ends up breaking or getting messed up in about 2 weeks. Noise level is horrible. Cars with loud music around 2 in the morning. You will never get to sleep. You may hear gun shots here and there. Cops. Kids. Dogs. Have fun sleeping here. Overall Rating on 1-10 is : -10 Overall Advice from a person who has been here for about 5 years is DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYNIG HERE. And if you do, trust me you will be making the same review as mine. DONT LET THEM FOOOL YOU.
