Apartment Review for Staples Mill Townhomes - Richmond, VA

This apartment complex use to be owned by a different company and the management was excellent. The people were friendly and helpful. Now the management is horrible, they will not pick up your phone calls and does not call you back when leaving a voicemail. The community turned into a spanish community. Nearly 10-14 spanish people live in ONE apartment, causing the "vistor's" parking lot to be difficult to find parking. There are now roaches and bugs in my apartment and I am assuming it is from the spanish people next door because I never had roaches roaming around my apartment until they moved in next door. The management is strictly unprofessfional and does not seem to be every doing anything when walking into the office. I definitely would not recommend this apartment to ANYONE!
