Apartment Review for Staples Mill Townhomes - Richmond, VA

Ok, well as you see, these "people" that write bad reviews are probably the people that get booted out of here. I have honestly had minimal problems here. The issues that I have had, are taken care of promply. All you have to do is be kind and voice your compliants to the right people in the right manner. The maintenence staff is incredible! The office staff has a high turn-over rate, but the manager now, Matt, is kind, professional and courteous. There is a problem with roaches in some units but all I have ever done is mention that and the pest control man comes every week to prevent any problems for us. There are your fair share of Spanish residents, but they aren't anything to scoff at, they work like we do. My point is, if you are bitter, you should have paid your rent and not gotten evicted!
