Apartment Review for Staples Mill Townhomes - Richmond, VA

This place sucks.. I was showed one apartment and left a deposit but when i moved in apartment was not the same.No garbage disposal as in model.. Apartment is old.. Paint job is terrible you touch the wall paint comes off and they have the nerve to charge you when you move to paint. Small apt for 2 bedrooms 864sqft. Loud neighbors people hanging out or sitting in front of apt all times of day and night. was told water was included in rent when moved in no I am being charged a flat rate I am one person why should i have to pay the same as a family of 4. When i moved in was never showed where my mailbox was or where the pool or any other extras were. I stressed i did not want to live in the back of the complex and due to the lack of security and people hanging out i feared for my safety and asked if i could move when another apt comes avail they said no eventhough originally i was promised one up front.. Just be careful of the bait and switch nd if you want a modern apt this is not it
