Apartment Review for Staples Mill Townhomes - Richmond, VA

I love these townhomes. They are spacious and the neighborhood is wonderful. There is one problem. The people in the rental office can really get you going on the road to a bad attitude. The only time you can really get a smile is if you're coming to pay rent. Even the apartment manager is a pain. They are very unorganized. I'll put it like this, if they could hire a new rental staff with better attitudes and more resident appreciation, these apartments would be wonderful.
