Apartment Review for Springfield East / West - Richmond, VA

The apartment was nice and clean, my neighbors were pleasant, there's a little stream that runs through the grounds with a small nature walk path area, it's pet friendly, the pool is clean and the kids there are governed well. The office staff could have been nicer, but they were always professional and in the office when they were supposed to be. The only drag is the paint they used on the walls in the stairway was CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Made it impossible to clean fingerprints off. Great price for 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with vaulted ceiling. Nice appliances and no surprises. Great renting experience. We did minor (and I mean MINOR, pencil mark on wall, normal wear and tear etc.) and got a glowing rental recommendation from the office staff, so they're not all anal and trying to just keep your deposit for no reason.
