Apartment Review for Shockoe Properties - Richmond, VA

The rent is comparatively cheap for a downtown Richmond apartment. However, customer service is terrible. Our property manager was rude, it took forever for our AC to get fixed, and make sure you read the lease carefully! The internet is not "free" as they say. It barely has signal and a password is only available to ONE person in the unit. Overall, it is a nice apartment and I enjoyed my time there but it would have been better if the Shockoe staff had been more caring and professional.
