Apartment Review for Saddlewood Apartments - Richmond, VA

I lived in the townhouse on king and queen dr I would never live there again I moved in there in may my key did not work so when I got off work with a truck load of things I couldn't get in and the druck night dutey maintance man did not answer his pager i had no ac or heat it was cold the night that I did stay there I called the next morning to let them know I had no heat the manager went over to check it when the sun was out and left a voice mail on my house phone not my cell while I was at work and said it was comfortable in there I didn't get off till 9pm so she was long gone when I got home it took about 2-3weeks to get that fixed by then it was starting to heat up out side that when I seen the ac was not working and my house stayed hot I turned it to OFF the temp in my house was reading 90deg. even when it was off when I opened the elec box in the closet you could see red it looked like fire so I turned it off they still took there time to come and fixed it after I told them about this they said it was bad wiring my son stayed sick durning this time I had to tell them I was going to call 12 news to get someone to come and fix it. My celling started to fall at this point I was getting up out of there I reported that for 2 months and when I left she tried to charge me for it we went to court and when it was time for court she canceled my case I will stay in a shelter before I ever go back to saddlewood
