Apartment Review for River City Apt - Richmond, VA

This apartment is a slum and the leasing company is owned by a slum landlord. EVERYTHING was broken when I moved in. And is still is, 3 months later. I moved in the middle of a snowstorm and the heater was broken. The neighborhood is not safe, my water was dirty, clogged drains, dead rat in the bathtub- legally uninhabitable. Live wires hanging out of the wall. Check the Better Business Bureau- they have MULTIPLE claims filed against them. I will be taking them to court. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
