Apartment Review for River City Apt - Richmond, VA

Anyone who wrote positive reviews regarding River City is probably employed by them. There is no way someone who lives in any of their apartments would recommend them. The maintenance staff is TERRIBLE, the office staff does not care that maintenance is terrible, the managers will not even come out of the back office to talk face to face about problems. I had a MAJOR maintenance issue, an emergency, called the office everyday for a week and still was not contacted. I finally went down to the office to see what was going on and the manager kept sending his very unpleasant and very unforgiving secretary out to deal with me. The water bill is included in the rent and it has been off for no reason on many occasions, at like 8 at night. I'm pretty sure there is mold in the basement of my building, either that or about 15 dead bodies, thats the smell it reminds me of. I wouldn't recommend River City to my worst enemy.
