Look, this isn't a "luxury" building- but, its in the heart of the Fan and has some good stuff. Central AC/Heat, hardwood floors, dishwashers (a real + for me!) off street parking help to make this place a real value for the money paid. I know some didn't like it, but this building was just right!  Need to rent an apartment?
