I rented with River City Real Estate before - both in the Fan (811 North Boulevard) and at their downtown lofts. For the money they were quite a value. Also, they were the only landlords that would let me keep my 2 dogs (both rescues) when others wouldn't. River City was good to me and my babies!  Need to rent an apartment?
