Apartment Review for River City Apt - Richmond, VA

This building (811 N. Blvd.) is located at the intersection of Boulevard and West Broad Street. Its in the city, folks. I rented with River City for a little over a year - I found (for the price) this to be a great value. They allowed my dogs (most placed did not) and they provided parking (most FAN apartments don't). Overall- I enjoyed my time. But, I have to admit that I paid my rent on time and did not damage the apartment. Oh, and I was a "grown-up".
