Apartment Review for River City Apt - Richmond, VA

Lived in a couple of apts in the Fan and River City had the best price and condition. Centra Air and a Dishwasher (pretty rare in fan). The building was old but had been remodeled. No prob with the parking as we had off street and on-street. They fixed stuff if you put in a request. People in the office seemed nice. Liked living in the Fan. Had a lot of good times.
