I really loved living in the Fan and my apt at River City Court. The proximity to Carytown is great. I could walk and bike to everything I needed. The apt is quiet. It is the city but this area is nice. You are across the street from a park!! The managment takes care of problems but I never had to many issues. There is offstreet parking and that is also nice for this area.  Need to rent an apartment?
