Apartment Review for Raven Place - Richmond, VA

where to start? trash ccollection has been an ongoing problem for months. when you enter the building all you can smell is garbage. management claims that they are aware and are woking on it, however, the problem has been ongoing for about 6-8months!! ceilings are high but allow lots of noise. the floors are concrete so you can hear every step your neighbor makes. every little noise is loud and echoes. parking really sucks, little storage available in actual apartments. there is a keypad to get in the building, took me 5 months to finally be told how to use it. figured out ho to use the alarm system on my own, they never told me. generally it feels like living in a college dorm. beautiful apartment, new appliances, new exterior, no pool, save your money. only one window in apartment and building is generally dark. people who live in building are slobs.
