Apartment Review for Raven Place - Richmond, VA

After reading the only comment about Raven Place, I thought I should add my own. I have lived here for 5 months now, and think it is great! I love the view of downtown Richmond, and the convenience of walking anywhere I have to go is great! The internet and direct TV included in the rent is great, and the electric bill seems reasonable. The person who wrote the 'never again' review really laid it on thick, what a complainer. These are new places, so of course there are some kinks to work out, but all is great now. I have never had to contact maintenance for any reason, because I have had no problems. There is plenty of free parking very close by. The gym is a great place to go, and the machines all have their own TV. Thanks for reading!
