I really have enjoyed renting from Plus Properties. There apartments are located in fan/ museum district of Richmond, so most of them are old homes turned into apartments and they do an nice job keeping them up. David Levine the owner of the company is friendly as well as Jenny Levine a property manager and have always been attentive to my needs.  Need to rent an apartment?
