Apartment Review for Parachute Factory - Richmond, VA

It's not a bad place but I'd have to agree with the others on this site. Dog crap everywhere, you can hear the conversations two rooms down, and the place is always trashed...oh yeah and don't get me started with the parking...nice big lot but the MGMT has to be in with U.S.A. towing. I got towed for absolutely no reason!!! Yes, I know all the laws and codes now but it didn't seem to help. Someone here must be involved with the town council. I actually ended up moving out a few months earlier because i couldn't deal with the b/s. I wouldn't recommend to anyone not even someone I don't like.
