Apartment Review for Parachute Factory - Richmond, VA

As you can see RCRE is trying so hard to have people come and rent from them. They in fact are even posting falsely. All so that you; the prospective tenants; can get ripped off by them. Obviously there are two very different and very strong views here. If you for a minute are doubting this company please look somewhere else. You can do everything right....pay your rent on time, pay for your pets, and obey all the rules: and this company will still find ways to screw you over. I would not post on here if I didn’t have valid reasons. People who state the river city is a community asset and that their cats talk to them and tell them river city is wonderful are obviously either on drugs or are false posts. I mean who really talks like that??????? Also this is not river city's fault but most of their apartments are in a bad part of the fan. Anything that close to broad street is not safe. I have had friends who have had their cars broken into and even apartments vadalized. Homeless people run rampent. You can go to va.gov and look up police reports. I advise that you look into this.
