Apartment Review for Parachute Factory - Richmond, VA

I was an actual tenant at RCRE. All I can say is that these apartments are horrible. I have known so many people who have also felt the same as me. PLEASE I beg you do not rent from them. First if you have a credit score of below 700 they will make you pay 2X the rent as a security deposit. I mean thats CRAZY. These are apartments in the fan, not luxury lofts. The maintinace staff is a complete joke. They charge you for every repair, even if it not your fault. The guy who owns the company is a D*ck. They have so many complaints filed against them through the BBB. If you are looking for a place try Pollard and Bagby, even Landmark is better than them. And please don't be fooled by these positive posts. The people at River City have been posting false reviews. You can easily see that on Apartment Ratings.com Save your self time and money. Don't even think about looking here. And spread the word. Have you noticed that the positive reviews are the same on apartmentratings.com. Hmmmmmm Seriously the staff should not be posting. Geez I hate this company. I hope this business is seized or somthing.
