I've rented with River City Real Estate before - once in the Fan, and just recently at the Parachute Factory. My rent - for a GIANT loft style apartment was under $900 and I got to keep my 2 dogs (both rescues). Most landlords I tried to rent from would not let me have any pets, much less 2! River City was good to me (and my babies!)- I would highly recommend.  Need to rent an apartment?
