Apartment Review for Parachute Factory - Richmond, VA

The apartments here look cool, but that's about the only good thing. Parking is included, but most people take up two spaces for no reason and management does nothing about it. You can hear everything your neighbors, especially your upstairs neighbors, say and do. Pets are allowed, but people routinely let their dogs shit and piss in public areas like the lobby and the stairwell and management does nothing. It's crap. Run away - run far, far away!
