Apartment Review for Metro Properties - Richmond, VA

There is a huge cockroach problem and Metro management ignored my complaints about it. Cracked and peeling walls, plumbing problems it takes them a month to come out and fix. These people prey on college students and out of staters who need a place to live in while going to school. The icing on the cake was the problems with their main office when you call to get them to fix something. They yell at you, and threaten to have their lawyers file eviction papers against you and keep your deposit (one month rent). In my case, they lied about supposed 'damages' done to the apartment when we moved out, and kept most of our deposit anyway.
