They call themselves "luxurious" but the buildings and grounds are commonplace and poorly maintained. All of the building materials and fixtures are the bottom of the line. The office staff is dishonest and always looking to play games with residents using every known landlord advantage. They will not deal with you honestly so be ready for their tricks.
